Championing Community
We’ve been part of the West Tennessee Community for over 65 years, and we love to give back.
As a local not-for-profit organization, we understand the importance of giving back.
We advocate for our neighbors, employer partners and communities.
Our Financial Champions volunteer their time and talents with various civic groups and non-profits throughout West Tennessee.
Our Community Engagement team teaches over 50 financial literacy lessons each year.

Leaders Education Foundation
Tax deductible donations from our corporate sponsors, employees, and foundation members help us give back to the community who supports us.
- Membership starts with a $10 donation
- We give out up to $25,000 in scholarships to high school seniors every year
- Teachers can win funding for initiatives through our L.E.A.D.S. Educator Grant program
